Memjet is the creator of Waterfall Technology, an innovative single pass inkjet printing solution targeting industrial applications. Memjet provides the printing technology to B2B partners like Canon and Xerox to provide the best quality, productivity, and ease-of-use thru the value chain.
- Increased the brand equity of Memjet by 300% per YOY closed customer metrics. Developed a consistent and clear brand position leveraging both traditional and new media.
- Wrote creative briefs and managed their implementation with agencies to bring to market new programs. Process included: creative development, media planning and buying, digital marketing, public relations and event marketing.
- In partnership with external agencies, developed multi-million dollar marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.

Pagemark is a global digital authentication provider with a portfolio of solutions to increase brand protection, regulatory compliance, and product & document validation. Target markets include: Life sciences (Pharmaceuticals), Federal and State governments, consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- Managed the rebranding efforts of Pagemark as a leader of digital authentication solutions provider within 3 months of joining the company.
- Launched the Pagemark website within 4 months of joining the organization, which re-positioning them as a digital authentication provider; the site included new content for over 12 new brand protection and authentication solutions.
- Launched a new Azure cloud-based serialization solution called “Track and Trace” and mobile app – iVerifyIT™ within 6 months of joining the organization.
- Provided all aspects of MARCOM and Product Marketing support for the company which included: case studies, product brochures, web content, trade show promotional materials, and SEO/SEM.

Product Management and Business Development
Celstream/Thinxtream is a multi-national commercial software development company specializing in the development of cloud-based, mobile and stand-alone software applications. With headquarters in Bangalore India and Singapore, both white label and co-branded solutions were provided to a number of highly regarded brands including Xerox, Dell, Panasonic, Epson and Lexmark. Points of entry into the target B2B customers were from Product Management and Engineering/CTO.
- Provided product management, sales and marketing leadership for a new startup- Thinxtream, since Feb. 2009. Deliverables include creating product roadmaps, BRD’s, PRD’s, and marketing plans for mobile apps and SaaS cloud based solutions.
- Launched six (6) new mobile applications and provided business development for the B2B sales including Epson America, Dell, Xerox and other Fortune 1000 clients. Newer versions included features like in-app purchases and push notification capability for promotions.
- Wrote, developed and launched four (4) new mobile software applications for Blackberry RIM, Android and iOS platforms. Developed 3 PRD’s for client e-commerce applications.
- Completed quotes in the form of Statement of Work for over 20 software projects.
EXPERIAN/LOWERMYBILLS.COM, Santa Monica, CA 2005- 2008
Sr. Product Manager, New Product Development
Responsible for product marketing and development of on-line lead generation products at the $300M division of Experian Interactive. LowerMyBills.com (LMB) was the largest internet-based financial services lead provider with over 1M hits per month. B2B clients range from multi-national banks to regional loan brokers.
- Created the business requirement document (BRD), functional requirements document (FRD), and managed the tactical launch of the Premier Lead product (capstone loan product) in March, 2006. This product generated over 60% of the gross revenue for the division within 6 months.
- Launched the mid-tier “Advantage Lead” in January 2007. Revenues of ~$10M generated within the first 90-days of kick-off. Via detailed market planning and implementation was able to quickly ramp to over 150 lenders within 30-days of the launch.
- Created 5 new product improvement ideas per day over 2-year tenure.
- Product management responsibility for AB testing concepts for loan products, multivariate testing and analysis. Provided dozens of 10% CR improvement concepts during tenure.
- Teamed with Marketing to optimize SEM, and Affiliate spending. Decreased spending by over 23% while increasing CR by over 71%.
- Developed new reporting for web tracking using Omniture-modeled software for all new solutions.
OKI DATA, INC., Mt. Laurel, NJ 2001- 2005
Sr. Product Manager
Grew OKI’s solutions business from conception to over $75M based on the creation of a strategic solutions portfolio which was leveraged into “OKI Printing Solutions”. Solutions were the initial entry into the graphic arts, healthcare, retail, and Managed Print Services (MPS) industries.
- Created demo’s / mock-ups on new solutions and conducted focus groups and other primary research to validate product concepts.
- Vetted product BRD’s with stakeholders. Introduced and grew the Healthcare Partner Program to include: Meditech, Cerner, Eclipsys, Phillips, Abbott Labs, Quest Diagnostics, QS/1 and others.
- Launched over (16) new solutions during 4-year tenure – required managing 4-6 projects concurrently. Project development varied from on-site, off-shore, white-labeled, 3rd party OEM.
- Researched competitive offerings and launched OKI’s Managed Print Services program.
- Created business plans, PRD’s, & product road maps for the Oki solutions.
- Responsible for the development, launch and marketing of solutions targeting clinical and ambulatory care facilities, clinical testing, and the pharmaceutical industries for Oki Data’s $100M HC vertical.
- Launched over (10) new HC solutions during tenure: Pathology Imaging solutions, Remote Laboratory imaging solution, Positive Patient ID, Admission forms, and Pharmacy label printer.
